Booking with Wash Works

  1. Cancellation Policy: Customers have the right to cancel or change any booking up to 60 minutes before the scheduled time. They are entitled to a refund of the amount paid (after deducting any fees collected by the payment gateway provider) or can keep it as credit (in the app wallet) for future use. Appointments cannot be changed or canceled less than 60 minutes before the scheduled time. Customers are not entitled to a refund of paid amounts, except for any product or additional service charges, if applicable.
  2. Wash Works reserves the right to determine its operating hours based on customer demands, including operating hours during the holy month of Ramadan and during the summer months (June, July, and August). If a customer has pre-booked a future appointment that conflicts with the new operating hours, they have the right to change the booking time to align with the new working hours or cancel the booking and receive a full refund (after deducting any fees collected by the payment gateway provider).
  3. Wash Works has the right to cancel any appointment without providing reasons for the cancellation, provided it is done at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time. If the cancellation occurs less than 3 hours before the appointment, Wash Works commits to compensating the customer with a free, similar service at the earliest possible convenience. The customer is also entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid.
  4. At Wash Works, we will do our best to protect your belongings. However, we disclaim responsibility for any lost personal items and strongly recommend that you monitor and safeguard your valuables.
  5. In the event of a Wash Works biker being late to reach the customer's location within the allowed period – 15 minutes after the appointment – we will contact you. The customer has the right to proceed with the service despite the delay, reschedule the service, or receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
  6. Upon the biker's arrival at the customer's location, they will attempt to contact you. If there is no response, they will wait for 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time before completing the appointment in the system and leaving the location. (The customer is not entitled to claim any paid amounts except for additional products and service -if any-).
  7. If the service requester is late in arriving at the location at the scheduled time, Wash Works biker will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. After that, they will be obliged to complete the appointment in the system to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.
  8. Wash Works biker will not begin washing the car unless the service requester contacts him and gives permission to start the work. The customer is responsible for showing the car to the biker.
  9. Incase a client wishes to cancel his package; a refund will be made to the client account after deducting the consumed washes based on the single wash selling price.
  10. Your Wash Works biker will arrive on a motorcycle fully equipped to wash your car.
